Très bon service. Le personnel est accueillant et super éthique professionnelle. La vétérinaire nous explique bien et nous ne nous sentons pas obligé à quoique ce soit. Notre toutou est toujours bien soigné!!! Et toute la famille humaine et à 4 pattes est traitée avec respect!

They wanted to over vaccinate my kittens (1 vaccine and 3 boosters, when the vaccine company recommends only 1 booster) and tried to push their crappy food saying my holistic food didn't have all the necessary nutriments. Of course, with 70$ per booster per cat, they're trying to screw you so that they can make more money. And they'd rather have you feed your cats with bad food so they get sick and have to go to the vet. Overall, I don't recommend that place, very expensive, obnoxious and pushy staff, they don't care about your pet, just about money.

La clinique et la technicienne Geneviève, je crois est très accueillante. Elle a pris soins de mon chat. Elle aime les chats c'est clair! J'y retourne c'est sûr.

40$ to have your folder? is yours they dont have right to charge you, its illegal! and you know that is the same vet that the hopital vet de l'est? I saw a lot of horror there! Never go back and i didnt recommend anyone, they are rough with pet!

They ask me 40$ only to have my cat file print, so I can change clinic.

La vétérinaire qui a examiné mon chat semblait très jeune. On m'a donné de bons conseils et les employés semblent aimé les chats. J'aime bien le fait que ça soit une clinique seulement pour les chats; c'est moins stressant. Sauf qu'ils ont fait une prise de sang à mon chat sous anesthésie sans vérifier d'abord si le chat était à jeun. Les prix étaient corrects.
