Clinic is lovely, but overdone and ostentatious. Very little about it that was made to benefit the animals, rather an excuse to charge a lot. The charges are our main complaint. On several occasions, we were seen very briefly, and mainly by a tech, for a blood draw or recheck, and charged for that on top of the blood draw, etc. At every opportunity there was pressure from Dr Garlie or Dr Thorsen to buy this product or that food. The care was good, but we did not feel overall that the animals are the primary concern there. Making money IS! We recently had our dog in for a dental and were shocked to receive a bill close to four digits, for a routine dental with removal of three teeth that we were not contacted about, before it was done. We did like Dr Arnoson, but will not return due to the extravagant costs at this clinic. The owner Dr Garlie, seems to have lost site of what she went into medicine for.
