I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand you can tell the vets are very knowledgeable about animals. However I feel that depending on which vet you get determines how attentive and informed a visit it is. For instance, I brought my dog in and got a new vet so she being diligent looked at his chart and on HIS chart he was listed as female, which I only found out by the new vet calling him a her. Also I feel that when you bring your pet in for an exam you have to actually list everything you want checked otherwise all the vet (Dr Luc) does is ask you whats wrong. To be specific I brought in my old dog, asked for an exam, mentioned a lipoma that I was concerned about. We decided on surgery and because he was under, to have his teeth cleaned as well. Only because of the teeth cleaning did we learn he had a tooth that needed to be pulled. Maybe my expectations are high, but when I go to the dr for a physical they check all the things without being prompted. Facilities are clean.

Would never consider dealing elsewhere. Extremely knowledgeable. Reasonable prices.

Luc is amazing best vet I have ever taken my animals too. He has also made a number of house calls and was very compassionate when I had to get my dogs put down. Neil on the other hand came one time instead of luc and well I found him very rude I asked him a question one time and he charged me for the snswer where luc would have just answered it.Then my bill was twice the amount I was quoted. My reply from neil was if you can afford a snowmobile you can afford your bill. The bill wasn't the issue it was the fact he was so rude about everything.So I always make sure to ask for Luc :)

I started bringing my horses to Dr. Luc in 2015. As a first time horse owner it was important to me that I find the right vet not only for my animals sake but for my own learning. Dr. Luc answers all of your questions in a very direct manner. Everyone I have spoken to says that he's one of the best around and from my own experience that is the case. His prices are extremely reasonable when compared to other vets as well. A+

I first dealt with Dr. Luc early 80's. We moved to Wpg. early 90's and only for the convenience of distance began taking our dog to Wpg clinic. After much frustration with other vets we decided to take our 2 dogs back to Dr. Luc. THE best decision we ever made. The care, "bedside" manner, and knowledge offered by both Dr. Luc and Dr. Neil is well worth the drive. As long as we have dogs there are no other vets who will be taking care of our "family" !

I took my small dog to this vet for needles and heartworm tests. He was caring and kind and his price was over $100 less than the Winnipeg vet I used to see. I am so happy to have found Equitech vets.

The father/son team are very good. They tell it like it is and are very caring towards the animals.

We have had Luc as our vet for over 15 years and he is fantastic. He looks after our horses, dogs and cats and has always provided great care.

Dr neil is amazing!!! I called him for an emergency situation for my dog and he took him right away. Sadly my handsome didn't make it but he was properly diagnosed and the compassion dr neil showed was sincere and comforting. Excellent service provided as per usual! Thank you dr!

Haven't been to the office for a visit but needed assistance with our pet goat at our home. Dr. Neil came and gave Billy such a thorough exam, gave him meds, UNDERSTOOD what our little Billy means to us, and CORRECTLY diagnosed him when we had been told to "put him down". BILLY IS UP AND RUNNING and healthy again thanks to the caring and punctuality of Dr. Neil Versavel! With our 6 pet sheep, 3 pet goats, 3 cats and 1 dog (all rescues!), we will be ONLY going to Dr. Versavel from now on! Diligent...quick...caring...excellent price...just can't say enough good about this man!

These are fabulous vets, they are caring, compassionate, highly skilled vets. Service is excellent,they are honest and I would trust my dogs or cat to no other.

Exceptional veterinary -saved my dog when other vets neglected to address her serious condition. Provided service on Saturday and performed surgery on Sunday. Did not charge me a horrendous amount for all the after hours involvement. Prompt return of calls and a vet you have confidence in his excellent knowledge and medical skill.

Went to see Dr. Luc today for our dog who was vomiting. I called Saturday morning and was able to see him later that morning. This was our first time we have taken our dog there and he was absolutely amazing! He was so calm and caring. It was wonderful to walk into his facility. Our dog just walked in no hesitation. What a kind man he is and we felt he did not take advantage of us and was so fair. We walked away feeling our dog was cared for. He will be the vet we will be taking our dog to from now on. The price was so fair. Highly recommend him.

what I look for in a Vet is confidence and Luc and Neil have earned that tenfold and you cannot beat the cost. They are VERY fair and always there!

Equally happy with both vets, both are calm and take their time with the animals. Have had many a occasion to need their services for emergencies after hours, it means the world to me that at time of crisis I can rely on them to come out!

By far there Is no other Vet Clinic located In Manitoba that Is As knowledgeable, professional, caring and fair as Dr.Luc Versavel & his son Dr.Neil. My family has been using Dr.Luc's clinic for years now and there Is no other Vet out side of him & his son that I would even remotely consider taking my pets too, ranging from a minor to any serious medical condition. My wife & I Including my elderly father have a total of(4) Dogs & (4) Cats combined. In all no matter how Ill they may have been at any given time that we had to take them to see Dr.Luc Or His Son Dr.Neil, each and every single one of our pets zoom In straight to the Dr.Luc and his examination room on their very own. I have more then a dozen close personal friends of ours that all have pets whom we have taken to Dr.Luc & his son. Thereafter Dr.Luc's precise diagnosis, treatment and care, each and every single friend of ours all vow that they will never use any other Vet Clinic again this being Out side of Equi-Tech Vet!!

Dr. Luc is wonderful. Whenever I have had an emergency he says, bring him or her in even if its a Saturday. He has also seen my pets on a Saturday for regular appointments if he is able to. He has been treating my cats and dogs for over 5 years now. Dr. Luc will do only what is needed or what you ask of him. He is very fair in his cost for services. He's a great vet and very nice person.

Luc is fantastic, best vet we have ever had. We had one of our colts collick on us a couple years ago, it was a sunday late night dead of winter -30. WE had been trying for a couple hours to get the horse back up and walking but had no luck. We called Luc and wintin the hour as promised he was there. He got the little colt up looking a whole lot better. Sliky is with us today looking healthy and happy without Luc we would have lost him. Luc is punctual, caring and compasionate. He is our hero. And his cost was more then reasonable. We need more vets like him in the Interlake. Keep up the good work.
