I've a special needs dog who's had spinal surgery & my first redflag w/LGVC was when a tech picked her up w/out supporting her hind area.The dr. I was seeing provided very poor communication.She failed 2 call me w/important test results & failed 2 return my calls.I was so frustrated that I was prepared 2 go 2 another vet when a different dr. stepped in 2 take over.I recently discovered that that dr. is no longer there when I made an appt 2 recheck her liver values.I went in 4 my appt that I KNOW I set 4 that date and time & they told me they had me scheduled 4 the followng Friday.After waitng for quite a while they finally got me in & several times I stressed that I wanted 2 make sure we were testing 4 evrythng needed.I also asked 4 a complete actual copy of my dog's physical file.NOT just a pc print off which is what I wound up with.The copy given is INCOMPLETE!!I just found out they DIDN'T test 4 evrythng needed despite havng stressed my point 4 an hour!my WORST vet experience EVER!!
