Terrible "hospital". The building reeks of cat urine, clients have waited 20 minutes before a staff member makes an appearance at the front desk, and the doctor is a disgrace. My dog was in for surgery to remove her spleen due to a large mass growing on it and he called me during the surgery with an update. His exact words were, "Guess what? I don't think she's going to make it." There was a short pause, then he chuckled and said, "No, just kidding she'll be fine. I'm just going to check her other organs to see if they're okay." When I picked her up 2 days later, I was presented with a bill for not one, but TWO surgeries. Apparently me not saying, "No" to "I'm going to check her other organs" is considered consent to an abdominal exploratory. When she started showing signs of severe distress 6 weeks later, they told me it would be a several hour wait for her to be seen. Knowing she didn't have several hours, I called another local vet and they took her in immediately.

BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!! This is an extremely long and complicated story, so I will simply state that we feel we were grossly overcharged and given very poor medical advice from Dr. Hassan when we took our 4 year old American Bulldog to his clinic. He convinced us that he would save us thousands over other offices. That turned out to be absolutely false. I feel he was intentionally misleading and convinced us to keep our dog at his clinic despite not knowing what was wrong or the best course of action for treatment. He took advantage of our vulnerable state and overcharged us substantially. We wasted time and money that could have gone to truly helping our dog. The facility isn't clean; smells absolutely horrible and there were messes on the floor that stayed there for hours. He didn't return 3 calls that we placed explaining that out dog was struggling to breathe after we brought her home. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We called Dr Hassan and set an appointment to have our dog of 13 years euthanized in our home. Our dog was in pain as was our family. His staff told us that they can only do it after 6pm and after a few questions they quoted us a rate of $185 for the euthanasia and another $80 to have the dog removed. We agreed and began arranging the events for our dogs last day. TWO HOURS before he was to come over to put her down they called me and said that the price they quoted me was wrong and it was to be $90 more. This brings the cos to $275 plus the $80 to have her removed. We can't afford the additional money. I asked if they would honor the price they originally quoted me. She talked to Dr Hassan and he said he cannot do it for that price. HOW COLD CAN YOU BE! I didn't make the mistake! My family was all together to say goodbye to our dog and now she has to wait (in pain) for another Dr to come out and put her at ease. This Vet doesn't care about us or our animal. All he cares about is money

I volunteer for a local rescue group and we have had to yell Help more than once from this hospital. Everything is clean. Everyone is nice and caring too. The prices were fair. They provided a lot of care for the dogs. They even helped us save a lost yorkie. You see when you dog is wearing their rabies tag - and someone finds him - they called the vet at 2AM and this hospital answered the phone and called the registered owner. Nice extra service.
They are there when the other vets have gone home. The west side of Orlando finally has their own emergency hospital. Nice thing is they have great hours~~~ 24 of them. Keep up the great work. We are really glad you are here.

It took this place 12 hours to groom my 2 dogs. The vet, groomer and all staff for that matter were very rude to both me and my father when we called to see if they were finished as well. The place is dirty and very poorly lit inside. The personnel attempted to give any excuse for a 2-3 hours job to take 12 hours to complete. They even went as far as to say that one of my (crate trained and raised) dogs peed in his kennel and they had to re-bathe him. Nonetheless, I nor will any of my family or friends use this facility, and I will make sure to spread the word and never recommend them to anyone. Then, after all of that, they would not even compensate us...
