If you have lots of "bling" you want to spend to impress your friends, of the same social standing, this is the place to go. If you sincerely care about your pet, go somewhere else. I had a bad experience with this place. At the time I had a dog who was older and ill. They were happy to take my money, and whenever I called they wanted to see her. They didn't seem to be able to help her, and they certainly didn't help me learn how to care for her condition. Every time I called they wanted her brought in early in the morning and left all day, although that was not necessary. The last time I went to get her after an all day visit she could barely walk. A technician bought her to me and they left us in a room to wait, and wait, and wait some more. We waited 30 minutes and finally I had enough. I helped her out through the waiting room, which was a no -no, and told the woman at the desk, "We are leaving, send me the bill!" I cried all the way home.
