They are quick to diagnose a problem to recommend the most expensive treatment such as emergency surgery, twice in our case.Our dog didn't need the surgeries and was misdiagnosed on both occassions. They do everything to maximize their profit with an intent and priority to maximize their charges instead of quality care with true compasion.They give shady excuses for reasons to not support and accommodate cost savings in both medical care and dispensing of medications.I called about our dog having a lump that was probably a cyst. I was informed to bring our dog in immediately for emergency surgery. It turned out to be a cyst from a vaccine they administered. Then our pet had a bump on it's toe, the reccommended a $500 biopsy for posible mast cell. It treated it with steroids and antihistamines topically, and it resolved without recurrence.I asked for a prescription to get heartworm prevention meds online, they said they can't give prescriptions because they can't verify authenticity.
