Vet turn-a-round. My cat went there all her short life. New vets are not all experienced with cats. The best vet retired. My cat had her recent senior wellness exam with a new vet. The labs, which I had to request, showed a UTI or other urinary infection. The new vet never called nor suggested any treatment. My cat died 6 weeks later.

When they take your dog to the back and you don't know what happens to them you need to be able to TRUST your vet. They left a staple after they said they removed them all, no major issue with that but they started to do a procedure after I specifically told them not to do it , and then because I ask too many questions I am the problem. My patient rights were violated. I posted a detailed review on FB . I feel so helpless I am going to complain to BBB and I'm going to make an official complaint.

Very satisfied, and I enjoyed the coffee. Elizabeth in the front office was great. Dr. Bawa and her tech were great. Very satisfied and would recommend.

I was very pleased with the clinic, it's staff, and the quality of care. The doctor took the time to explain each step of needed care. It was my first time there, sitting int he waiting room, I saw staff come out and greet the pets with such love and enthusiasm. That made an impact.
