This clinic is really going down hill. The manager looks and acts very unprofessional and uncaring and it takes a long time to be seen by a vet. They no longer have Dr. Slater on staff and she was great, although the current vets do seem nice. The prices are higher then West and other vets in the area and I'm not sure why. The building is old but fairly clean. Reception is nice, it just seems to be going down hill alot.

We have been going to Dr Slater for over 3 years with our cats. Dr Slater and all the staff are very friendly, knowlegable and helpful. They go over and above all levels of service.

Cannot say enough about the staff at Acres- they are amazing with the animals and the owners- both extremely important to all on staff. Have been with them for over 8 yrs and highly recommend them.

Dr. Lee and Dr. Slater are wonderfull. One tech on staff, an english lady who is great. Great, friendly receptionists, really care about your pets. Dr's are very informative, they carry a good selection of hills and royal canin foods and supplies.
