Only problem I had was that a few days after my dog was spayed, she got all swollen, was crying when she pooed, and had light bloody discharge from her vagina. Of course it was memorial weekend, but I was relieved when I called and they had an emergency line. I left a message and NEVER got a call back. Not even after the fact to see if the dog was okay! I ended up spending $100 at an emergency clinic! She was fine, they did not have anything to do with it, my puppy was overly active and had just agitated it, and the vet said b/c the incision goes through the abdominal wall, the painful pooing is somewhat normal, and that b/c she was older (8mo) she might have been about to go into heat when she was fixed. So, they didn't do a bad job, but if they had called back, I could have probably saved $100! ;p Obviously they don't really care about their clients!
