Hospital is extremely clean, the staff warm, friendly, and really seem to love their jobs. We were very happy with the way our pet was treated. Prices are very reasonable.

Since having had that recent incident that I spoke about on 4/17/10, I have learned that this facilty is under new ownership in the last year. The owner appears receptive to making some changes that I suggested in regard to what occurred. She also appears to be willing to acknowledge her concern in a letter to us and reimburse us for the cost. If she does follow through with what she says perhaps some positive changes can occur as a result of this incident.

My dog was seen at this vet one week ago and was given shots, distemper and lyme disease. I was told she was healthy. One week later she died. I have since learned that there are many side effects and dangers from multiple shots. I was never informed of this at the time they gave my dog these shots. I took this same dog to them a few years back for dental cleaning and she came back limping. I had to take her to the emergency dog vet. as they were not open. They never bothered to call me (after I contacted their answering service) to find out how my dog was. I should have learned from that experience not to go back to them. Now our family is dealing with the loss of a good dog.

Its sad when a Vet is all about the money and not about the welfare of your animals. I recently spent over $300.00 dollars for my cats urinary tract infection. Got 4 diffrent antibotics that didnt seem to help had urine tests done left him overnite two times. He needed another anitbotic right before christmas so he wouldnt block and die and for me being short $2.20 they didnt want to give it to me yes can you believe it $2.20 how ridiculas is that. Take my advice STAY AWAY......
