BTW - this vet clinic changed its name from East Haven Vet Clinic to Shore Haven Vet Clinic. I will start by saying Dr. Rife and Dr. Dammando are excellent vets, but the new vet, Dr. Faubert is awful and brings the whole practice down. After a terrible first exam for my kittens I had to spend a long time on the phone with the staff (lots of mistakes about my appointment were made in the system, and they were resistant to letting me change Drs.) to get them to switch me to Dr. Rife, who was by comparison excellent. Insist Dr. Rife or Dr. Dammando if you go to this clinic. This clinic is also very expensive (the staff also mis-quoted me over the phone) - they do not discount for bringing in multiple animals at a time and they charge an "exam fee' for a vaccination-only visit which doubles the price of the vaccines. Between the prices, difficult dealing with the staff, and horrible exam with the new vet I will not be going back despite being impressed with Dr. Rife.
