Called multiple times 7/10 as my dog wasn't acting well. At noon, finally got go ahead to come in. Dr. Boyce barely said a word while examining. Said he'd need to keep him on I'V's & other fluids overnight. Called & called 7/11 (was put on hold, etc) & at 3:15, I cajoled the woman answering phone to at least check - is he up and around or what??? She said he's sleeping. Never did get a call from Dr. Boyce until 7:40P.M. He said that my dog was NOT sleeping when I'd called earlier. I lost it. Here my little guy died all alone in the basement of that place and no one noticed??? Then, went to see him the next day before cremation and they had him laying ON THE FLOOR of the basement! Not even a table, chair - nothing. Just a floor. This isn't all I can post either. I will NOT ever go back!

Dr. Boyce has been my vet forever. He has always been there no matter what timne it is for me. Even when I moved 200 miles away . I made a call and he met me at 5 am in the morning.I will drive any amout if not emergency, to have him treat my animals.To me he is the best.
