This practice is outstanding! They send out birthday cards on your pets birthdays and they even send sympathy cards when your animal passes away. Everyone really gives you a great warm feeling and I will continue to bring my pets there because of them.

The staff at Dehler is exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they go above and beyond for you and your pets. Surgery, checkups, any service they provide there is done professionally and with your pets best interests in mind.

Everyone on staff that I've encountered here exhibits the highest level of professionalism and a gentle compassion toward the animals. They're extremely responsive and quick to adapt to any type of animal or situation that arises. I know that I can trust them and that my dogs are in the most capable hands here.

They're very knowledgeable and caring. All of my options were explained to me, as well as financial. They do a great job, and I know my pet is in good hands.

I have been to several veterinarians in the area and cannot complain a bit about Dr. Dehler. I find his prices to be VERY fair based on the personalized and competent work he provides. If you are looking for the best veterinarian you can find, Dr. Dehler is for you. He has spent countless hours helping me with my dogs and is compassionate, trustworthy and has never pushed me into treatment or products. I completely disagree with the thought that he charges too much. I want the best care for my animals and that's what I get here. He has come in to see me or stayed after hours to see me. He submits my veterinary insurance paperwork for me (a MUST if you have pets) and his front desk staff calls after each appointment to see how my dogs are doing. As a business owner in a medical field myself I think his expertise is second to none.

Staff was fine, facilities were clean. No problems with the wait. The cost is outrageous and is double on some services at other vets. Felt the vet was a bit pushy on services and products. I felt he was more interested in trying to get me to buy services and product than doing the well check. There was also a very common problem my puppy had that should have been caught on her first visit and wasn't.

This vet charges far more money than other area vets for the same services. After several thousand dollars of "inconclusive" tests we got immediate results from another area vet, more compassion, and better service. I would never take a pet here again.

My dog had thrown up for hours and this was the only vet office that could take her immediately. Staff was attentive and very sweet to my dog and me. They allowed us to stay together in a room for hours while my dog rested and received fluids and tests. The entire facility was spotless, as well. I would never complain about the cost of emergency care like that, because it's invaluable and much less than the emergency hospital in Portland. However, having seen what others pay for routine vet visits there I can say their prices for vaccinations and visits are a lot higher than other local vets'.

I personally think the Doctor is not Compassionate/caring and is more of a business type service. The staff is very Compassionate though and very helpful.
