Personally, I had a horrible experience. I felt the care given to my pet was less than adequate, and my pet ended up dying after leaving the facility. Instead of asking me to bring my pet back after calling them to let them know that my pet was crashing, I was told to go to another hospital an hour away. My pet died on the way.
