The gentleness and compassion of the staff as well as their professionalism and willingness to take time in discussing health and treatment issues is excellent. Their pricing is quite competitive (though not low), but I feel the level of care, the availability of prescription meds on-site (cheaper than PetMeds.com for my cats drugs) and their flexibility in scheduling is worth a couple of extra dollars over the "cheap vets" in the area.
