The vet did not address all of my concerns or prescribe enough medication. I was given a 30ml bottle for approximately $125 when a 60ml bottle would only be ten dollars more. This is a long term medication and I discussed at length how the medication was causing a financial strain. The vet didn't get back to me after 3 weeks and I had to call the clinic before she arranged follow up and continuing medication. This causes a gap in my dogs medication use which puts her kidneys at risk. When I called to book my next appt I left a message but never got a return phone call. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. This clinic nickeled and dimed for everything. They charged me over twenty dollars aside from the visit fee to send a prescription to an outside clinic when the meds themselves were only $19. So bad!!!

Excellent experience, everything was explained thoroughly for our dogs eye operation and post-op.Dr.Simms is very calming and professional in her abilities as a vet.

We have taken our dog and cats here for 5 years now and for the most part the experience has been fine. However, there is one Vet who has seen our animals twice and I will never, ever allow her near my pets again. First of all she seems to want to give every medication possible - just in case. No, my dog is already taking medication for fleas and ticks and does not need a 4th line of defence! Last week's experience left me shaken and by the reaction of the people in the waiting area who also heard the screaming my kitten made, this Vet needs to take a course in giving injections. She had no clue and the animal was in agony as she tried to get the needle in for 3 different injections. She blamed the kitten saying it had a dominant personality. The vet was all smiles as if nothing untoward had happened. Horrible experience!

Horrible experience during our time of sorrow from the moment we walked into the Windsor location. The older woman at the reception desk had no compassion at all and was very rude. Highly considering writing an article in the paper as well as going to higher extents to process my complaint.

Took my cat in for a simple nail trim and turned into a beyond horrible experience. I never expected a vet to be that cruel towards such an innocent animal, she held her down with a cloth stuffed in her face while she cried and twisted her poor legs around. I will never go here again and would never recommend that woman to anyone.

We have gone to Dr. Roberts for many years now and have found hom to be one of the best vets we have ever had. As we have had pets during our almost 48 years of marriage, we have had quite a few vets so that does mean something. his care is excellent and he also has a friendless, Pproachable manner. the staff are pleasant and helpful

They sold us PetAg KMR and gave us OPPOSITE INSTRUCTIONS from how it is supposed to be prepared. After an increasingly excruciatingly painful 48 hours, our kitten died, during this I called the vet, the secretary agreed it sounded like bad formula, as I tasted it and it burned my mouth and dried it out instantly. When I spoke to the vet, she REFUSED to acknowlage the formula as the problem and INSISTED that it was an 'anatomical problem', however Thor was a perfect specimen of strength and intelligence, I know anatomy very well, inside and out, so to speak, and he had no noticeable problems with structure, and was eating and passing waste perfectly at first, the more formula he ate the sicker he got; we figured it out too late however. The vet hung up the phone abruptly after stating I HAD to take the half hour (I have no car)to her office for 'emergency lung pumping and CPR' (He had no breathing difficulties whatsoever during the entire episode.); and still refused to admit bad food.
