I took my dog to Dr. Fuchino for the first time today. He was excellent with my dog. He was prompt and thorough - answered all my questions. I give Dr. Fuchino and the staff my highest marks!

I am(was)a client of Dr.Stacey Fuchino. I left 2 messages @3 AM (1 for him, 1 for the front desk) that my dog who suffered with adenocarcinoma/cancer would be in the next morning to be euthanized.I arrived @7:45AM, waited in the car with my boy for 3 hrs.45 min! True he doesn't start until 9AM, so I actually waited 2HOURS IN THE CAR WITH MY SUFFERING PET! He saw all of his appointments BEFORE he came into the room and spent 2-3 minutes giving my pet the final shot. WHY HE COULDN"T SQUEEZE US IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS IS CRUEL, BEYOND HEARTLESS and INHUMANE. He didn't offer a word of condolence to me and abruptly left the room. Some vets don't have the gift of bedside manner, but this was so thoughtless, heartless, uncaring and cold. I was quite upset of course. I asked Joyce, the office person to please send me the bill. Joyce walked in the room and handed me the bill right over the deceased body of my dear pet. Everyone I know in the Southbay knows about this and is horrified.
