I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my dog put to sleep. The staff and Dr.Donatelli could not have been more amazing and simpathetic to our situation. They were amazing with our girl and were not afraid to offer a comforting shoulder to cry on. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have there family member taken care of as you would want. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AND DOCTOR

I took both of my cats to the Emeryville Animal Clinic just recently.I am very satisfied with the service they received.The staff is caring and professional and they treated my pets with compassion and loving care. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good veternarian.

Just moved to the area. My dog suffered a dog bite shortly after. Dr Donatella treated our little girl. She put us at ease. With a short course of treatment our dog is back to herself. Great place. So glad Dr Donatelli is our new Vet.

Was their customer for many years. Noticed that they charged 2x that of other clinics. Found that the vets to be money hungry. Some of them are not knowledgeable. Had some bad experiences with them. They are not perfect.Would recommend customers be careful of their tactics of making money

I was recommended this clinic by several people I work with. Glad I decided to give it a try, and I will definitely be going back for my dogs next vaccine appointment.

They are wonderful and I wish I could continue taking my dog there. However, their prices are 2-3x what other places are charging. I understand that they have a high overhead due to their modern equipment, etc. but I feel the costs are prohibitive.

Great place to bring your pets! I brought my 3 dogs in on a Saturday morning. Having three dogs to transport is overwhelming enough and when I walked in to see the vet so busy I was very discouraged...to my surprise I was in a room with my dogs almost instantly, took the stress right out of the whole experience. Very nice staff, everyone was very personable with myself and my dogs, and the receptionist even gave each of my dogs a bandanna to wear home! Very happy with my experience here!

My husband bought me a puppy for Christmas and forgetting how much work training a puppy is I became quickly overwhelmed! Ive always brought my animals to Emeryville Animal Hospital for any medical concerns and their annual check ups...but I have no idea how many additional services they offered! I enrolled my puppy in training class on Monday nights and after completing the class I would highly recommend it to anyone! not only does my dog listen now, but he's doing so well that I've also enrolled him in Agility Training! I couldn't be more grateful to have such a well behaved dog, all thanks to Emeryville Animal Hospital!!!

I have a 4 year old boxer whom I didn't think would live past 10 weeks due to anti-freeze poisoning....I have Emeryville Animal Hospital to thank for saving my dogs life.
My baby had a 4% chance of survival, and he made it....an absolute miracle! I would recommend this hospital to anyone...
the compassion and respect this hospital and all its staff has for not only my miracle dog...but my two other dogs and my parrot is beyond compare to any other hospital I've ever been too!
I've been a client for over 5 years now, experienced the patience and care all four wonderful doctors have to offer....and wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals.
Ive also taken obedience and agility training through this facility, I get my dogs groomed here on a regular basis, and when I go on vacation this is the only place my dogs board! not to mention its super convenient that I'm able to buy my dog food there!
Do something good for yourself and your fur babies...take them to Emeryville Animal Hospita

I have brought my rabbit, cat and dogs to this hospital for many years. The doctors take their time explaining things in detail. The nurses and receptionists are always the same people and are so friendly, they know me by name. I enjoy the many services they offer. I can do a groom, bath, daycare and board my dogs in all the same place. They are knowledgeable about more than just dogs and cats as well. Until I found this place no one would see my rabbit in Windsor

I just wanted my dig groomed. Found out she was due for her Rabies vaccination, so I agreed to Rabies vaccination only and specifically told them NO EXAMINATION. Imagine my surprise at my $200 bill because they did an examination. Like the above reviewer they said they "have to" do an examination! I guess I need to go to a different groomer so she doesn't "have to" get a $110 examination!

Our dog has terminal cancer.and is being treated by the University of Guelph. We had just moved to this area and contacted this clinic. We explained the situation and were told "no problem". Weeks later and after the second round of chemo our dog was not feeling well. The university asked if we could get blood work done so we took him to Emeryville and the blood work was done. We pay $55 in Guelph and here they charged us $125.00! The vet faxed a prescription for an antibiotic and when I went to pick it up they reluctantly gave it to me. Apparently a vet at the clinic needed to examine our dog. He was just there three hours prior and we had a binder full of paperwork on him - why not ask then? This is an antibiotic not a narcotic or a controlled substance. My wife went back the next day to give them the money for an office call as this is what it was all about. Did they want to tell me again that my dog has terminal cancer or did they want the money? Do yourself an favor,go elsewhere.
