This vet has done wonders for my guy. They explained procedures thoroughly and why they do things and made my visit a wonderful one and my dog walked out, not wanting to leave.

This is a corporate owned business. You are not allowed to be with your pet during exams or shots/vaccines. They are taken from you. You are required to leave your pet there for hours for a routine checkup. They blame the pet for misbehaving when it has been caged without toys (they are not allowed to have any during their stay that can be up to 6 hours). They are not taken on walks, watered, fed, or given bathroom breaks. My dog was crying and traumatized when I picked him up. He has been dewormed twice now without my permission even though he has been tested and doesnot have worms. The rooms they use are not cleaned in between patients. You can see the hair and debris from other animals while you are waiting. They are never on time for appointments plan to wait over an hour to be seen. I am suspicous when a doctor can only treat your pet without you being present. No other vet that I use does that. This vet is costly with too many vaccines and dewormings for no reason.
