The kennel employees mixed my dog up with another dog. The only discipline the employee got was a day off. After calling to speak to a manager all I was told was that they had an employee meeting about the switch. Too large of a practice, you are just a number.

Every clinic is going to have blemishes but this clinic has a great reputation. Make every effort to support this colchester facility, they care about your pet. Avoid the Vets 24 hour clinic on enterprise ave in oakdale/waterford they have a horrible reputation. High costs, poor care, mysterious deaths, state investigations surround them constantly but they are the only 24 hour emergency care in se ct. Ocean State 24 hour care in RI is top shelf, make every effort to go there or bolten before going to VETS in oakdale /waterford. You'll be sorry if you go to VETS in Oakdale.

My father went to Dr.Geer for years and I have done the same.The staff is awesome and Dr. Geer has the compassion and love of animals. Other vets I've gone to see the almighty buck. Dr. Geer and his staff are wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though it's a 40 minute ride one way. He and his staff are my heroes.

I took one of my show Pomeranians to remove her baby(the breed is known for double teeth) teeth and they removed the wrong one.

All in all pretty good. Often times you feel like just a number because they are so busy.

Large multi-vet practice with four or five full time vets and several part time vets. Large clientele, and they can call in specialists such as ultra-sound, etc. People come from surrounding towns to them. Most reasonable prices overall I have found in central and eastern Connecticut. They are a busy practice and they may not always be able to take NEW clients, but worth calling. I am with a local cat rescue group and we have used them for 10 years.
