I want to rate Dr. Gieb and POOR. I took my 4 year old dog to him when she was bleeding internally. He said she was very anemic and had a fluid buildup in her abdomin. He kept her overnight and said he'd drain the fluid in the morning and determine the cause of her problem, and he'd call when he knew more. The next day he never called, and after many phone calls to him, I knew nothing about what ailed my beloved pet. Finally, after I exploded on the phone, he called my husband and told him she had died. He admitted he forgot her and never was able to do the required tests so he didn't know what was wrong. He was too busy, understaffed, and just let her die a slow, miserable death! This is negligence in its highest form! Not to mention cruelty! I'll never forgive him for letting her die!!!
