The Docs here have been accurate and caring. I am appalled at the costs which keep rising every year. A $5.00 charge to dispose of a syringe!!!! I believe they are trained to order unnecessary tests which are overpriced. This clinic will empty your wallet. $$$$

The wait times at this facility are atrocious. Dr. Fortney was good, however, she left the practice. We had another vet, Dr. Roach, and her abilities seemed to be lacking. She misread lab numbers, they didn't have answers to questions asked on a future procedure, and seemed to want to bill for procedures that did not make sense to the presenting problems. My credit card limit has five figures, so I'm not so much worried about money. However, I do know when I am being taken advantage of. This to me is an example of poor medicine. With Dr. Fortney no longer there, I decided to leave too. I will say, I am very very fussy. I would grade Dr. Fortney a B+/A- for her abilities and an A+ for bedside manner; Dr. Roach a C- for abilities and B for bedside manner.

The staff is compassionate. The doctors are superb in taking care of my Bailey. The monetary value is worth every penny. Recommend this veterinary hospital. See for yourself.

Exceptional service and a compassionate staff. Dr. Hechko and Dr. Fortney truly care about their pets. I feel like I am with family when I take my pet to North Royalton Animal Hospital.

I really enjoyed my experience at Dr. Hechko's office. He spoke to me with compassion when it came time to put my dog asleep. I commend him and his staff for the respect that they showed me while my family and I made this difficult decision. I can only say great things about this practice that is very thorough in diagnostics. Not only did we have blood work results right away, but the attention to detail that the staff showed during my pet's illness was amazing. I hope to return with a new pet soon. I highly recommend this clinic.
