The grooming staff killed my daughters dog put him in the dryer and forgot about him and he died and all they could say was sorry, this does not bring the dog back....it was still a puppy Have you ever tried to calm someone down who just found out the groomer cooked your puppy believe me it is one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had to deal with and this happened before her wedding....If you value your pet do not use this clinic for ANYTHING
