Dr. Joanne is well-qualified and professional. She needs to hire more staff, though, as waiting times of 1-2 hours are not uncommon. I once waited an hour and a half after my dog's visit just to pay for my bill.

Dr. F. is a top-notch surgeon! Also very knowledgable and discusses options with you.

The doctor comes across as very cold at times and I don't often feel like she is really listening to what I am trying to tell her. She is knowledgeable and takes good care of our pet. I just wish she had better people skills. Most of the other staff are quite good. Prices are fair in my opinion.

Excellent handling and technique. Believes in animal's quality of life. Very fair prices. Extremely competent and knowledgable. Good hours and often available to clients after hours. Lucky to have such an excellent vet in such a little town.

Joanne is the best. She is very professional and compassionate. As far as price i would rather pay for service that i am happy or and people i trust. Seems fair. I had a cat a few years back that had been attacked by a large dog and she did his surgery on him and he was good as new!He has since passed but lived to a good age considering! The surgery was reasonably priced i thought for what it was.she also must have a big heart to help the humane society!!! all the best to you and your staff!

The staff are all great, and Dr. Joanne****ervik, the vet, is a first rate surgeon and diagnostician who really cares about the well-being of animals. She is extremely knowledgeable.
