This is the ideal vet clinic. Small, friendly, understanding, good communicators, kind and high quality care at a fair cost.They have cared for my dogs for 10 years and have become like family.

WORST and most UNCARING people you will ever meet. Taking my pet to this place is the biggest regrettable decision I've made. From the vet (whom I thought was the admin, she was so unpleasant, until she signed a certificate in front of me) to Elsa the witch who has no qualifications, hired because she raises stray cats. After a day in their so-called care, my cat would show signs of stress for days. I have since changed clinics, but wanted to make sure you knew what this place was like from the perspective of a business owner and animal lover. Good luck!

I had my dog castrated and David the Vet did a wonderful job.Elsa took lovingly care of my frightened baby.Alex must have trimmed the nails because they are now much better Thank you sooo much.I have 2 other dogs they are also treating and I am very happy It is like family.Just stay away from that woman doctor she is rude and clueless 2 years ago I wanted x rays done on a pregnant dog because she was very young and it was her first litter and the woman vet suguested emergency surgery to remedy the life threatening infection. thanks heavens I did not listen to her and my dog had 6 healthy puppies which David cared for

We have been taking our cats here for the last 12 years. The staff is amazing. When we lost our beloved Ruthie, they were so kind and compassionate, even sending us a sympathy card. They always lay out all the options for treatment without any pressure. I truly feel they have the best interest of my cats at heart.

My family takes our dog there and they charge very reasonable prices for their services and dog food.

We brought our Maine Coon cat in to be groomed - first time for this at Brown's - I am so pleased with the results, and it appears that our cat is very proud of his new image!

This is the best clnic I've ever been. Every staff in this clinic is very caring and friendly. Vets here are just amazing. They would always throughly explain about all the medical procedures and tests that needed to be done. I've only had postive experiences here, I want to give 5+ stars to this clinic.

I have had the worst experience at this clinic with my cat. The vet is extremely rude and not respectful of either pets or people. Our cat was treated so poorly each time he came in that I feel very guilty that we didn't change vets. When our cat became ill, the lack of advice and the rude treatment towards us was absolutely appalling. I will never return.

I took my dog for a physical check up today at Brown's. My dog was taken to the backroom for "blood test", and when she came back I was told she already had her physical exam and her vaccine injected. All this was done without my acknowledgement or my premission. I didn't see any of this happening nor was able to talk to a vet with my questions. How is this professional? On top of this, my dog had a 3-year-DAP last year. And this time, they gave her another shot of 3-year-DAP. I was so confused, and I was not satisfied with the explaination given to me by the receiptionist. I have been going there for 3 years and I will change to antoher location.

We have taken in our cats and dog. The staff have always been really great. Prices are about average, or may be a bit higher because this is Toronto <$$$>, but we've always been very happy. We have had Dr. Grace and Dr. O'Donnell.
