Extremely blase about the well-being of animals in their care. Staff seems distracted and disinterested much of the time. Emergency care is very poor; one vet dismissed me in the middle of the night when I feared my dog had bloat; said wait til morning. Well the dog nearly died as a result. I'm done with this vet, and now drive 40 minutes to go somewhere else.

They sometimes give very poor care, do not test sick cats for all parasites even when their treatment is not working. Also, they are not available for follow up in the evening and tell you to go to a vet that is about e30 miles away, although they have 3 vets on staff. Also, there has been some examples of unbelievable apathy for sick animals..statements like, "Well, not all kittens are supposed to live, you know."
