This place doesn't give a dam about your pets! They are just a bunch of money grubbing, heartless ****s. All they care about is cash! Because we were short on cash,they let us watch cat suffer, after he suffered all week-end.Because we could not find another vet that was open on the week-end.Then we finally found a vet that TRULY cared about the animals and not just their bottom line. I don't understand why someone could charge $200 to put a cat down. I guess the greedy ****s figure this is their last chance to make money off this animal. I will never step foot in this place again! I would recommend you find a vet that cares more for your pet than they do about their corporation!

Quality of service depends upon which techs pick up your chart. Working with different people is a nightmare, poor notes and lack of communication mean you have to run down your pet's history every time you go in. Some techs are awesome and caring, while others are rude and offensive with no empathy. My cat had to have three surgeries for something I was originally told was a common problem, easy to treat. Prices are reasonable, and if you get a good tech, they will go above and beyond to help your pet. Convenient hours, and they are good about fitting in emergencies.It's a great place to bring your pet if you request the same vet and techs every time. The better staff members will take time with your pet and work with you to find solutions. They also have several cats on site awaiting adoption which is admirable and should be seen more amongst vet professionals.
