Dr. Bull is an excellent vet,but without the "bedside manners" most inexperienced pet owners seem to require to understand their animals get the care needed. He can of course not cure all animals, but is also not afraid to challenge prior diagnoses when presented with a "second opinion" when treatment don't work. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bull for routine veterinary care - especially for dogs and cats.

Dr Johnson diagnosed my dog with bone cancer, gave me pain killers and told me to go home and make him comfortable. She never suggested a biopsy. I took him to our family vet up north and he immediately suggested a biopsy, which came back and it was NOT cancer. The leg was removed by the northern vet and when we returned to Boca, Dr Johnson claimed the incision, which had opened a little, was infected, she didn't know how to seal the swab and took 20 minutes to wrap the wound. I had to take him immediately back in to be rewrapped. When the opening go worse, Dr. Bull wouldn't touch it, allowed the chain collar to rest in the wound, and allowed the dog to rest it on the leg of a tech with dirty scrubs. I ran from there and the dog has been fine every since, there was NEVER an infection and the lab results indicate that Dr Johnson contaminated the sample. For my peace of mind, I will not take my animals there again.

Dr. Dewyatt Bull is not a good surgeon. I brought my cat in for a routine checkup & they found a lump in his neck. Dr. Bull performed surgery to remove the lump & my cat was dead a month later. The staff is very nice but I would not trust Dr. Bull with another pet ever again. He is arrogant & never admits his mistakes. Save your pet. Do not use this vet!
