I can't believe anyone would rate this clinic as anything less than great. I have been to many clinics with many different animals and this is my top place. It is small, but clean and fully equipped. I never have to wait and Dr. Andrew Carlton is excellant with my dog and cat. The cost is fair and they provide samples if needed. When one of my cats was dying, they gave me supplies to keep him comfortable while at home...for FREE! Very caring and compassionate staff.

I took my dog here, When a mishap happened and my pills didn't come in so my dog could have surgery, they wanted to charge me $60. for three pills to hold me over until my dogs pills came in. THEN, when I got upset at that cost, and asked that they reduce the cost, they refused to do surgery on my dog and he needed surgery very urgently. These people don't care about your animals, they only care about the all mighty dollar. I had to scramble and find another vet. I think they should have just done the surgery on my dog and then told me to go elsewhere instead of making my dog suffer. These people are the most uncaring vets that I have ever had the misfortune of taking my dog to. Up until this point, I had no problem with them, but when the true colors come out, it sure as heck wasn't a pretty rainbow.

We feel the doctor did not take proper diagnostic steps with 2 of our pets. Treatment for our cat was based on guesswork. Disappointed to say the least. OK for routine care.
