I took over care of my son's beloved dog, after he passed away several years ago. I moved about an hour and fifteen minutes away recently, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets. My son's dog had what appeared to be a stroke. I was devastated. I drove up, without calling at 7 in the morning, to be there when the hospital opened. Not knowing if they would be able to see the dog, I left the dog in the car while I ran in. The vet Tech, Ashley, asked me to explain the situation, calmed me down and came out to the car and CARRIED the dog in for me. She called the vet, Dr. Abe to let him know what was happening. DR. Abe was great, as understanding and compassionate as Ashley. Turns out it was vertigo not a storke and the dog is recovering nicely. I cannot thank them enough. Having dealt with them for more than 10 years I feel pretty blessed to have all my pets get such wonderful care!

I needed a vet for my two kittens and Campbellville Animal Hospital came highly recommended - I wasn't disappointed. They made us all feel safe, and comfortable, and we loved the Welcome Kit! The technicians and Doctor Aho were very friendly and helpful.

We took our dog to this vet for the first time and she is very timid to strangers. The vet was very friendly and patient with her examination of our dog. The staff was so helpful and made the experience very enjoyable for the dog and us. I wish all vets were this professional.

Our very lovable old cat needed to be put down so we called our vet and they would not respect us - they advised that they are the best to look after the best interest of animals rather than the owners. In our case, since we were clients, they should have known us rather than thinking they are god for animals. We had to call another vet and they did respect our wishes. We otherwise enjoyed being their clients but now we can't go back.

Staff are nice and friendly however I feel the vet is just there for the money. She doesn't go into detail when you ask questions, makes you feel rushed. She does her job, but does not go above and beyond like other vets do. Prices are slightly higher than the average vet in the gta.

A beloved dog from the farm I work at was recently struck by a car. We rushed him to campbelville as his regular vet was not in. We called ahead and the staff was ready and prompt with a stretcher and crash kit. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, there was nothing to be done and the dog succumbed to his injuries. The staff was very gentle and courteous and allowed me to wait with him, no questions asked, for his owner to arrive. I will forever be grateful for the staffs understanding and the way that we were dealt with.

Couldn't be happier - Dr. Payne-Chase is professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to deal with. Her staff are top-notch and made me and my dog feel right at home. I would recommend this Vet to anybody.

This is truly a great clinic. Friendly people, small country feel and great service. Had an emergency with my dog that required stitches and this clinic was the closest. They met me at the door and took care of my dog quickly and at a fair price. I feel like I have found my new veterinarian.

First visit to the vet. Were nicely greeted well by the staff. The vet fully checked over our dog and checked everything (checked his heartbeat, eyes and ears, stomach, hip structure, teeth, walking etc). We had previously taken our dog to two other vet clinics .... one clinic just looked at our dog and asked us questions without touching him... and charged us a full fee... the other one was sloppy, dirty figure nails and skitterbrained... so we were so happy when this vet did a great job! Also received a welcome package which was so nicely appreciated! Feel confident about going back to this vet clinic.

Not impressed. The one vet Dana is very nice however the other vet is rude and lacks in explaining things. The staff lacks knowledge in animal care.

Everything is perfect with this clininc. The vet will actually speak WITH you instead of at you and will take the time to explain things and make sure you understand. All staff are very respectful and polite. No fakeness in their kindness.
