I joined this vet this year as it was in a nice area, reasonably priced, and treated birds. Had my two birds checked this summer, and all went well. A month later, one bird has loose stool issues. Took him in, and instead of the original vet, we had the bird groomer, who I guessed was also a vet. Checked the bird, said not worthing doing gram stain, and they'd call in a week to see how he was doing. Said it was just mainly the bird's change in diet, and probably would be fine. Bird somehow recovers, and hte other one now gets the same symptoms. I call them up, and they inform me that the original avian vet was no longer with them for months, and that they DID NOT know why they LET non-certified groomer check my bird. Need be, I had to find another avian doctor, who basically showed that the bird had a INFECTIOUS FUNGHAL INFECTION he probably contracted from the other. Sadly, because of the original misdiagnosis from this place, and a non-vet, my 2nd BIRD has died. Don't go HERE.

Please avoid taking your pet to this vet. They practice "down and dirty surgery" according to one of their vets and a vet tech when fixing a rescue agency cat. I was told in front of my little girl that they would "not resuscitate the cat if they ran into complications" unless I handed over 100+ dollars more. They scared my daughter half to death and both of us wondered if we would get our kitten back alive after her spay. My experiece with this vet was simply horrific!
