Please heed my warning; do not bring your pet to this veterinarian. I had no confidence in this office from the moment I spoke to the vet tech on the phone, followed by interactions in the office where it looked like the vet tech had never touched a dog before in her life (I have a lab), to seeing the vet come out in a sweatshirt and track pants. I was treated with the utmost disrespect, my intelligence was insulted on several occasions (although I have 2 undergrad, 2 graduate physiology degrees and am currently getting my MD), and I have never in all my years interacted with a professional that was so condescending, demeaning, and downright mean. I was also charged $300 for vomiting medication, saline and the visit, money I wouldn’t have minded spending if I felt like me and my dog were being well taken care of. There are plenty of other animal hospitals and I would not wish for anyone to be treated the way I was, especially when concerned for the wellbeing of your beloved pet.
