AVOID, my dog nearly died due to their negligence. I went to this vet twice in two days because my dog was puking, not eating, and not drinking. Both times told me it was the flu. Ended up going to the emergency clinic and had an emergency surgery because my dog swallowed a hairball. The surgery cost me $4000 because it had to be done at 2am (3x what it had been if diagnosed and treated when I initially took the dog in). This vet refused to compensate the two useless visits.

Don't ever go here for an emergency - even during the opening hours. My fur baby died on their table - nobody came to help. In fact, first they told us to go somewhere else. I don't know if they could have done anything, but they could have at least tried. RIP little Penny-loop <3

Excellent friendly and professional service. They took to time to answer all my questions and did not try to sell up anything. They even told me 2 of the spurs my old vet was giving my dog were not necessary in our case.

Drs Belleville and Lemelin are very professional experienced veterinarians. We have always enjoyed the experience and have only changed the clinic because we moved out of Montreal and were to far to bring our animals there. They take a lot of time to examine each animal, and they don't charge the time they spend. Not true that they are too expensive and try to make money on everything. I have seen Dr. Lemelin examine my dog for over an hour and simply charge the minimum fee that is charged for any exam. Dr. Belleville has returned our phone calls and given advice over the phone without charging at all more than once, and we were certainly not high revenue customers of theirs. Low-end treatments like anal glands and vaccines are very reasonably priced, whereas more sophisticated exams such as X-rays, blood analyses etc. are obviously more expensive. I have never felt as confident with a vet before or after my experience with this clinic and warmly recommend them.

Bad bad bad place to go - Thinking only about making money and selling products- Long wait - Fast expensive consultation - Prices overated. No surgery if no vaccines... DO NOT RECOMMEND at all
