They came across and wanting more and more money and in the end had my cat on unnecissary medications. Not good communication, one vet would do one thing and if I had to see another (when mine no longer worked there) they changed things around each visit contradiciting each other. Also they always seem behind. The facilities seem cramped and never seem too clean. Its ok in the front but when I went back to see the boarding area there was food all over the floor some cats had spilled and litter. They dont listen to teh owner. I warn them about my cat and her temperment and they act like they have seen it all... and every time they end up bit. I am the owner. If I say not to touch my cat and only for someone with steel gloves to it should be honored not making me feel incompitant and dumb.
