I am not happy with how the Vet treated my guy and it seemed all they wanted to do was push tests and medicines at me. The Doctor also did not seem happy at his work. Seems like a very negative enviroment

Awesome clinic. The staff and doctor are very attentive. My dog loves going there. They always call the next day to see how my dog is doing which is very nice. The doctor personally calls with test results. They make sure we have everything we need for our pet. A bit costly but I have insurance and I doubt the insurance company would pay if there was a significant elevation in costs.

We have been taking our dogs there for 11 years and all 3 have loved it there. The service is friendly, professional and caring. It is nice to see our pets excited to be going to the vet!

Have had many experiences with vets over the years but the care and service I received from Dr. Mackenzie and his staff was by far the best ever. Kindness, courtesy, understanding are just a few words to describe the clinic. Highly recommend all aspects of their office and staff.

Dr. David Mackenzie is, by far, the best vet I have met! He takes the time to thoroughly examine your pet, and ensures they are truly receiving the best care. His patience with my anxious cattledog was phenomenal. It's a small clinic, and the staff are passionate about providing top notch service!

I am a new pet owner and chose to go to this clinic due to proximity to where I live. The staff are friendly and provide you with reminders. Appointments are not hard to get. However, every time I left the clinic I was always 200 dollars more poor. They are genius at making you feel obligated to get the medicine, other preventative medicine and special food. I found the same medication at a wholesaler for 13% the price they were going to charge me. Needless to say, the only downfall of this clinic is how expensive it is for visitations and their inflated margins on prescriptions.

The vet here is very knowledgeable but my issue is how pushy the staff can be. I do not agree with preventative flea medication as it is very toxic and my dog has never had fleas- this is a personal opinion. The staff here will make you feel like a terrible person for not spending a fortune on medications, tests etc. I love my animals, and my educated wishes as owner should be respected. Very dis-heartening and I will need to find elsewhere to take my pet.

He is taking care of our 3 pets. No problems getting appointments. Reminders are given as well. Nice staff. The pets like it there too.

The vet is very knowledgeable and we would trust his diagnoses, but he sometimes overreacts to people he doesn't seem to click with and acts somewhat unprofessional. This impedes good service, especially when as pet owners we are only interested in having the confidence out pet will be alright. Personal feelings should be parked at the door and professionalism should always be the highest concern for the sake of the pet because it has no say in how well the vet likes the owner. Unfortunately he seems to instill this same attitude in some of his staff. Most staff are friendly enough, but not exceptionally knowledgeable. Can be pricey compared to other vets who are comparable with their service. Facilities are nice and clean.

Clinic has a wonderful mural painted on the outside of their building.The clinic is immacuately clean and smells good! No gross animal smell! Great friendly staff greet you with a smile. The doctor is amazing, very knowledgeable and great with my pets! He practices quality medicine and I really do trust him with my animals!! He is good at explaining his diagnoses. His staff care about my pets and seem genuinely interested in their well being.
