Click to report rating    3/6/12   2     3     2     3   Been going there for years. The doctors are good, some better than others, but the newer receptionist are unskilled and make mistakes, they have very few skilled techs. If the doctors I prefer were not as great as they are I wouldn't be willing to wait for 30 mins to be put in a room and another 30 mins to be checked out. They need to get some intelligent help, not just cheap, it reflects poorly on the doctors when the support is lacking in common sense let alone actual capabilities. RID: 32688
Click to report rating    1/19/12   2     3     1     1   I have gone to this facility for years. In the last four years I have found that they care more for how much money they make than they do for the care they give. I went to North Star Vet Hospital with one of my dogs. Spent well over three hundred dollars. The dog received an complete exam at the hospital, the only thing they didn't do was his rabies shot. I called our regular vet (willingboro vets) for the administering of the shot. I was informed that he needed another vaccine so I allowed that. Willingboro was informed that he was just at the North Star facility the night before and that he was only here for his shots. In the end we were charged for the two shots and another exam.(which he didn't need, nor did he receive by the vet) When we left we were informed by Dr Torline that this exam charge was the Dr's fee not an exam (which it was clearly marked as an exam.) I believe in paying for what I receive but have a problem with being milked. I lost faith in this clinic as a result RID: 31664
Click to report rating    2/14/10   4     2     4     4   As far as the staff goes, you have some extremely knowledgeable staff members and some that aren't, guess everywhere will have those bad apples in the bunch. I didnt give the facility a great rating because I've seen cleaner places. As far as cost, I think it rates fairly comparable to other vets. And anywhere you go you will have some wait time... I dont think typically the wait is horrible. Guess it depends on day you go... RID: 16603
