my first visit to huff I am Already Examined my Dog being a being an someone with similar awareness of animals wanting a secound opinion I told them my dogs current condition they concured except for the loss of appetite they seemed to want to go to the skeletal aspect right away I had already palpated my dogs body for back knees feet neck her stomach seemed to be the issue staff good not as clean as other vets but also better than others on my trip 70 %

Have been taking our cat there for over 6 years and have always been impressed. Drs. Hopper, Maks and Fisher are all excellent physicians, but also genuine and kind people. The staff there have always been attentive - overall they are just an extremely nice team of people. Pricing may be a little higher than some more budget clinics, but this is not an area I am looking to scrimp on. Thankful to have such a great resource in Tsawwassen.

Huff staff are amazing and our two Greyhounds have been seeing Dr.Maks and Dr. Fisher for the past 9 years. They seem to really care and all the staff are truly animal lovers. Pet care is expensive anywhere you go, but I know that I am getting my furkids the best care here, and it's worth it.

I have been taking all of my cats and dogs to Huff Animal Hospital since Dr. Dave Huff opened it. The staff are outstanding! I have always felt that all of the vets - Dr. Huff, Dr. Hopper and Dr. Maks have my pets best interest in mind. They have encouraged me to get a second opinion when needed and always been very supportive of me making informed decisions on my animals well being. I lost both of my dogs to cancer two weeks apart (one had been going through chemo for 3 years) and the staff at Huff were fabulous and so compassionate. Whenever I have needed them they have been there, even for phone consults. Can't say enough great things about the services provided by the dedicated vets and staff at this clinic.

We orginally visited Huff when our dog became very ill and Dr. Hopper and his team were recommended for a second opinion. Even without being a regular patient at the clinic we were given an appointment that morning and the care and concern demonstrated for our girl was amazing! Unfortunately our dog had neurological issues that couldn't be resolved even after a referral to canwest and we had to let her go, but we did it knowing that it was the best choice for our Friend. Now two years later, we have two furry girls who see the Drs at Huff and we could not be happier. Very thorough, good advice, prompt service and a true love of animals makes us and the doggies happy! They like to visit the vets! I would,(and have) recommended this clinic!

This clinic is a great practice. The staff are friendly and helpful and the doctors are always great to my pets!

I brought my 17 year old balinese cat to have some lumps looked at. Dr Hopper proceeded to give me a $2000 estimate for all sorts of tests which I declined. Later that day I asked to have some pain killers on hand as her lymphoma would be worsening. I was refused and told to come back in for another assessment. Obviously my cats best interests were not taken into consideration, money was his primary motivation. I will never go back there!

AMAZING vet... I dealt with Dr. Valerie Maks and she was awesome! They deal with a lot of rescue Boston Terrier dogs so they know this breed and will do everything in your best interest as well as the dogs... i would go back to them in a heart beat!!
