I took my 2 precious boys to be neutered and declawed front only. I have nothing but Great praise . My boys are doing Awesome and The staff and doctor our Fantastic Thank you Mary Ann and Brian Houghting, Big purrs from Guss and Grayson

I took my cat to this clinic 2 yrs ago. I was told tests were needed and she.d have to stay. I was surprised at the reasonable cost when I picked her up the next day. Dr. Momi gave her meds to help keep her as healthy as possible. However after that first visit the prices climbed drastically. And all of a sudden every time there was a question they recommended $150+ tests ! They know my cats issue so why repeated tests over and over ? They did the same test in the beginning for a fraction of the cost. A urine test $150 ??? Really ? Seems people were right about this clinic. Its all about the money. The staff r usually rude and slow. Always a wait and they never have anything thing in stock. Meds , food nothing. Just small portions of food where they can charge tripled pricing. Needless to say, Im looking for another vet.

I brought my senior dog into be euthanized shortly before closing. They told me to bring him in. My dog was suffering many issues, including cancer. It was time to let him go, with dignity. The very first words out of the clinics mouth was "I want to run a few tests to prove he is sick". In other words they thought I was lying, and it shifted to money. He felt his belly and based on that alone said he was fine. He knew my dog more then me in 5 minutes apparently. Still made me pay an exam fee. I went to another clinic who was pretty disgusted in how I was treated and they put my dog down right away. I had that dog for 10 years, I KNOW what was wrong with him. Very inconsiderate. So unless you want to shell out hundreds in tests to prove yourself....go elsewhere and dont go through what I did and what my dog did. They stressed him out SOOO much more and I didnt want him to go stressed. It was all about money, no compassion and he just walked out, left us in the parking lot.

I moved to Welland approx. 2 years ago and had to go through choosing a new vet. I had one in Richmond Hill who was very reasonable price and kind to my dogs. I spent a week researching the vets in the Welland area and found that Prince Charles animal hospital was the most affordable and provided the best care (based on reviews). I brought my both dogs (Mastiff and pit bull) to the clinic and have been so happy with my choice since then. I am very pleased with their services. The staff is lovely and always willing to help. You can clearly tell that they love animals and enjoy their job. Additionally, Dr. Momi is wonderful with the dogs. He's very patient with both of them and thorough when checking them out. They don't recommend treatment that won't be helpful and they don't overcharge or add charges for no reason. Even their medications are reasonably priced in comparison to other vet clinics. I'm very happy with my experience at Prince Charles animal hospital. A+.

When my home caught fire I was incredibly scared for the health of my cat. A great neighbour of ours called the Prince Charles vet clinic first thing and they made sure to have a vet on stand by to check out our cat as soon as she was rescued. They thoroughly examined her without forcing me to pay extra or unnecessary fees and gave her a clean bill of health! My cat does not enjoy going to the vet but the staff there are so patient and calm with her she always quits her complaining once out of the carrier :)

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Momi and his staff. I am so sorry we had to move away and cannot drive there anymore with our animals. We have a few of them and have been to many different clinics all over Southern Ontario, this hospital is definitely in my top 3! First place for care and services. Also a very good value. Unfortunately with several animals and no insurance you have to make tough choices and many clinics are only in it for the money, Dr. Momi knows money can be an object to good care so he gives you options and does not overcharge or charge for unnecessary items and services. I know people here have complained about his "accent" before, I think that's funny, being from Toronto I had no problem at all understanding him! And his assistant staff are extremely nice. Highly recommend this place.

I cannot say good enough about Prince Charles Animal hospital - Dr. Momi and his staff. The best animal hospital I've encountered in Canada. One feels they truly care about the well-being of your pets. Dr. Momi actually suggested all by himself as Not to do certain procedures for my dog because of his age. When one of my dogs got very sick on 1 holiday weekend, Dr. Momi didn't hesitate to come right away that evening into his clinic to take care of my dog - found out he was in a pancreatic shock - took care of him immediately, put him on IV overnight - saved my dog's life. And it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Prices are very reasonable, I even bought all the medications there for my dogs, as they were the same/cheaper as at Costco. I am so sorry we moved to another city so I have to find another vet now. Highly recommended to anybody in/around Welland!

I researched many vets in the area and found this one to be the best as far as price and good service. I was very pleased to find it true!! When I called the receptionist was so nice, when we went in they treated us and our cat like old friends, and the doctor was so kind! He was actually a bit sad looking, turned out he had to put down a dog. Seeing that sadness told me so much. He truly cares about these animals! My cat was very relaxed and calm after her shot and was not afraid of the staff ;) Going back in two weeks for her fix and I know she will be very well cared for, and for less than 90% of the other places!

I took my 7 month old pup to be neutered. The drop off staff were friendly with me and my pup. Pick up was another story! Front desk staff was rude, gave me aftercare instructions at warp speed with the enthusiasm of a robot. No cone, no instructions or options for potential pain management. I never even spoke to the vet. I would not go back for surgery or any other services.

This clinic and Dr Momi are very great people who are compassionate and caring of all animals. When my cat was diagnosed with diabetes they were very helpful in giving me all the information I needed and were very good to her. When she was at the end of her life they were very understanding and caring in regards to my loss. This clinic is kept very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Momi to anyone who has a pet!!

I recently switched to this vet clinic and i must say i am very impressed and happy with them! The clinic is clean and modern. The vets are knowledgeable, caring, patient, and very likeable. The staff is also super friendly. They treated my pet with the utmost care.After having been to a bunch of vet clinics, this is my favourite, I would highly recommend them.

I took my cat there when he had a urinary tract infection. He had to spend 4 days at the clinic and the staff and Dr. Momi were so good with him. They knew he had seperation problems and didn't like being away from me. I was able to go everyday to see him. I have recommended this clinic to more than 1 person. My children even take their pets there.

Prince Charles Animal Hospital is clean, great value and service is provided by people who care not only about your pet but you! I have recently gotten a Great Dane and was looking for a local vet after reading the positive reviews of this animal hospital I decided to bring my dog there. I am so happy with my decision the girls there are so friendly and always kind. The vet is very caring of the animal - he actually seems to care! Yes the dr. can be a little hard to understand at times but if you listen carefully and ASK if you don't understand he will try to explain again. Dr. Momi is such a nice guy down to earth and professional. His clinic is very up to date, modern, and clean! I would send any of my animals to Prince Charles Animal Hospital as long as this vet remains the owner. They Always try to get you in the day you call (most cases they do get you in) fast service and kindness await you here! Thanks Prince Charles animal hospital and kind staff that it employes RECOMMEND

We adopted a dog and began to take here to this vet who has showed nothing less than kindness and compassion. He is a wonderful vet who has been very good to us and our pat. The emergency service is wonderful ( he once left a wedding to attend to our problem) The staff are so kind a loving to the animals. Even taking them to the front of the office so they could work and watch my dog more closely after surgery. (My dog does not like to be alone). My dog is actually happy to go there unlike at some other local vets we have see, Five stars all the way.

Dr. Momi is my favorite Vet ever. He looks so serious, at first you can't tell what he's like but when he exams your pet, then you see that he cares about your animal and is gentle and tries to make it comfortable. I breed and show Bichon Frise and I feel confident bringing my puppies and dogs in, knowing Dr. Momi will get the best care he is able to. He also makes himself available for emergencies only because he really cares about the animals. I drive about an hour there and back because he is such a great Vet! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. His staff is great also. No snobs there! Unlike other Vet clinics I've been to. Plus, what I appreciate very much I's that Dr. Momi never pushes poor quality Science Diet Hills on me, unlike other Vets. It seems in Canada that Vets must sell Hills even though it's one of the poorest quality pet foods out there and a lot of them try pushing it on you. Dr. Momi respects that I feed only human grade healthy food not Hills. - K.I.

The current veterinarian (Dr.Momi)working at this clinic is very experienced and knowledgeable. I visited recently and noticed that they moved to a new location. The new facility is excellent and the staff is very friendly too.

I am responding to the unsatisfied client that wrote her comment in Feb. The clinic has gone through 5 vets and thatis because it was a joint owned clinic then and the owners didnt work there. The owner Dr. Momi is the current vet there and yes it can be hard to understand him, but he is very patient and does his best to help you understand what is needed without costing you extra, he even will come in after hours if there is an emergency with your pet. The vet that was there in Feb/09 was the currnet vet at Clarence Street in PC.

This was the clinic that cared for my dog before I adopted him, so I continued there. I find that the vet is kind and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. The prices are very reasonable, and I can get aqn appt. quickly and don't have to wait long once I get there. Their emergency process is excellent. My only concern is that sometimes it is difficult to undersand the vet because of his accent, but if you ask him to repeat/explain, he is very patient.

The clinic was dirty (visibly), the vet had horrible bed side manner. He was very rough with my 8 week old puppy. He refused to listen to me and over all did not seem highly educated. I had heard not to go there for surgery (because it is so dirty), but was told vaccines were ok. I will not be going back for anything at that "clinic". Horrible experience.
