I took my 2 precious boys to be neutered and declawed front only. I have nothing but Great praise . My boys are doing Awesome and The staff and doctor our Fantastic Thank you Mary Ann and Brian Houghting, Big purrs from Guss and Grayson

I took my cat to this clinic 2 yrs ago. I was told tests were needed and she.d have to stay. I was surprised at the reasonable cost when I picked her up the next day. Dr. Momi gave her meds to help keep her as healthy as possible. However after that first visit the prices climbed drastically. And all of a sudden every time there was a question they recommended $150+ tests ! They know my cats issue so why repeated tests over and over ? They did the same test in the beginning for a fraction of the cost. A urine test $150 ??? Really ? Seems people were right about this clinic. Its all about the money. The staff r usually rude and slow. Always a wait and they never have anything thing in stock. Meds , food nothing. Just small portions of food where they can charge tripled pricing. Needless to say, Im looking for another vet.

I brought my senior dog into be euthanized shortly before closing. They told me to bring him in. My dog was suffering many issues, including cancer. It was time to let him go, with dignity. The very first words out of the clinics mouth was "I want to run a few tests to prove he is sick". In other words they thought I was lying, and it shifted to money. He felt his belly and based on that alone said he was fine. He knew my dog more then me in 5 minutes apparently. Still made me pay an exam fee. I went to another clinic who was pretty disgusted in how I was treated and they put my dog down right away. I had that dog for 10 years, I KNOW what was wrong with him. Very inconsiderate. So unless you want to shell out hundreds in tests to prove yourself....go elsewhere and dont go through what I did and what my dog did. They stressed him out SOOO much more and I didnt want him to go stressed. It was all about money, no compassion and he just walked out, left us in the parking lot.

When my home caught fire I was incredibly scared for the health of my cat. A great neighbour of ours called the Prince Charles vet clinic first thing and they made sure to have a vet on stand by to check out our cat as soon as she was rescued. They thoroughly examined her without forcing me to pay extra or unnecessary fees and gave her a clean bill of health! My cat does not enjoy going to the vet but the staff there are so patient and calm with her she always quits her complaining once out of the carrier :)

I cannot say good enough about Prince Charles Animal hospital - Dr. Momi and his staff. The best animal hospital I've encountered in Canada. One feels they truly care about the well-being of your pets. Dr. Momi actually suggested all by himself as Not to do certain procedures for my dog because of his age. When one of my dogs got very sick on 1 holiday weekend, Dr. Momi didn't hesitate to come right away that evening into his clinic to take care of my dog - found out he was in a pancreatic shock - took care of him immediately, put him on IV overnight - saved my dog's life. And it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Prices are very reasonable, I even bought all the medications there for my dogs, as they were the same/cheaper as at Costco. I am so sorry we moved to another city so I have to find another vet now. Highly recommended to anybody in/around Welland!

I took my 7 month old pup to be neutered. The drop off staff were friendly with me and my pup. Pick up was another story! Front desk staff was rude, gave me aftercare instructions at warp speed with the enthusiasm of a robot. No cone, no instructions or options for potential pain management. I never even spoke to the vet. I would not go back for surgery or any other services.

Best and most reasonably priced clini in the area.Very caring and considerate.You can call the vets any time in an emergency.

I took my cat there when he had a urinary tract infection. He had to spend 4 days at the clinic and the staff and Dr. Momi were so good with him. They knew he had seperation problems and didn't like being away from me. I was able to go everyday to see him. I have recommended this clinic to more than 1 person. My children even take their pets there.

Dr. Momi is my favorite Vet ever. He looks so serious, at first you can't tell what he's like but when he exams your pet, then you see that he cares about your animal and is gentle and tries to make it comfortable. I breed and show Bichon Frise and I feel confident bringing my puppies and dogs in, knowing Dr. Momi will get the best care he is able to. He also makes himself available for emergencies only because he really cares about the animals. I drive about an hour there and back because he is such a great Vet! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. His staff is great also. No snobs there! Unlike other Vet clinics I've been to. Plus, what I appreciate very much I's that Dr. Momi never pushes poor quality Science Diet Hills on me, unlike other Vets. It seems in Canada that Vets must sell Hills even though it's one of the poorest quality pet foods out there and a lot of them try pushing it on you. Dr. Momi respects that I feed only human grade healthy food not Hills. - K.I.

Dr. Momi and his staff are probably the nicest people in the world. They treated my very timid dog with respect and care and they just loved her until she felt comfortable. I have had nothing but a great experience here so far!

This was the clinic that cared for my dog before I adopted him, so I continued there. I find that the vet is kind and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. The prices are very reasonable, and I can get aqn appt. quickly and don't have to wait long once I get there. Their emergency process is excellent. My only concern is that sometimes it is difficult to undersand the vet because of his accent, but if you ask him to repeat/explain, he is very patient.
