I Brought my purebred female Boxer here for care and found them to be very polite and knowledgable and the environment calm and relaxing but I also found them to charge higher then quoted, prescribe unecassary and ineffective antibiotices and medications, Prescribe more antibiotics then they should before finding out whether it's effective or not and they wait till you are pretty much out of prescribed antibiotics before calling to tell you that it is ineffective in treating all the bacteria, Hidden costs that keep adding up and show ignorence and discrimination when you write them a letter expressing your concerns and complaints. They refuse to continue medical care for my Dog after I wrote them a letter expressing my Concerns and complaints. I Would not recommend them if you are on a budget as most people are and your pet has a serious medical condition. I am under the impression that the Dr. that runs the clinic is prejudice and unsympathetic toward people on a budget.

Treated our dog who required surgery. Gerry the Vet was great and took time to explain everything clearly. staff were very friendly and helpful. Follow up calls the following day to check on progress and again from the Vet himself to discuss lab results - they really are professional and caring. Would recommend them.

I've been using this clinic for my pets for 15 years. They are courteous and thorough, listen to my concerns and explain diagnosis and treatment options completely. I have complete trust and respect for all the staff here and wouldn't want to take my pets elsewhere!
