My dog was hurt and bleeding out from a cut artery. I rushed her to DOCS Veterinary Hospital. As my dog lay bleeding out on the floor they refused to help her because I did not have funding. I offered to make payments to no avail as my baby lay bleeding out on the floor while the vet walked past the window looking in. I asked if I could have a friend pay with a credit card over the phone from out of state, and they refused. I left with bloody foot prints still on the floor. Guess that is why they didn't go into pediatrics...**** this place!

they squeezed us in . and when we told them we didn't have much money at that time and didn't want to waste their time and they said you're not wasting our time let's see what we can do for you. they got our cat taken care of. the doc even called the next day to check and see how the cat was. the staff made us feel welcome and always answered any questions. they really let you know they care about your animal. i will be taking my cat back, anytime we need anything.and i recommend this place to everyone.
