I really like Dr. mokler. She is passionate and cares ...explains everything really well. I missed a blood draw appointment for my dog. I apologized and explained that I have had a lot of stress and issues going on, when I called to reschedule. What followed was a lecture that they are busy as well and they would have liked to give that slot to somebody else. She said it three times in different ways, making me feel like a four year old being lectured by a teacher. She even used a most patronizing voice. For my dogs sake and my respect for Dr. Mokler I let it pass. However I am taking my other two dogs somewhere else. My good friend who is a sweet lady and cat lover suffered a phone call from the owner. He lectured her for twenty two minutes. She will never go back. This type of treatment during a global pandemic over missing a blood draw is ridiculous. A bit of compassion is required. I have always been very polite and have given them thousands of dollars.

Rude staff and owner is irresponsible hot headed and passive aggressive. Should be closed down . Go elsewhere

When I think of taking my babies else where I get sick ....this is by far the best staff I've ever dealt with ..Dr kelly is one of the best he knows his stuff ...Dr foot was amazing an dr mokler I now have dr Sarah rose an she is just top notch ..my baby loves her an she loves my little girl ....the care is amazing an I truly don't know what I do without them ..they take such good care of my babies an the desk staff are just great they help me talk to me when I need them .I can't say enough ...I'm so thankful for this clinic an this amazing staff ...thank u !! You are the best ...

Terrible service and way overpriced,you could be standing at the front desk for 5 minutes before one of the girls sitting in front of the computer even looks up at you. Will never go back.

I have been taking animals to the Charlottetown Vet Clinic for decades. Currently, we have two cats and two small dogs, so have spent a lot of time there! I have met with both Dr Kelly and Dr Mokler. Dr Kelly is quiet but cares and is diligent about animal care I would recommend him for those of us who are a bit quieter and appreciate that in others. Dr Mokler is my favorite, she is an animal lover to her very core and I highly recommend her! She is happy and enthusiastic and truly gives it her all! The staff at the Charlottetown Vet Clinic are all kind, helpful and caring. I really cannot say enough good about them!

I had my cat in to see Dr.Kelly twice and she was misdiagnose. She should have been put to sleep but she suffered through the night then pass away. After we bought medication that was not necessary.

All staff are outstanding. Dr.Foote is especially excellent. She is very kind and caring to both pet owners and pets. She will also explain things to you and give you choices where other vets might be more pushy and authoritarian.

Dr Kelly has been the vet for all my animals and has been fantastic. Four years ago my dog had cancer and Dr Kelly and the staff were the BEST. Highly reccommend them.

We recently moved to PEI and breed West Highland White Terriers. We have experienced many NOT SO GOOD Vets in Western Canada but were VERY impressed with Charlottetown Vet Clinic! They gave us a breeder's rate for our litter and treated us with punctuality and professionalism. I am now recommending all new puppy families use Charlottetown Vet Clinic to care for their 4-legged kids :)

I volunteer here when going to school, they were always great with clients and always willing to help. Now as an adult I still take my pets there and even after years of being away they still remember me! I love all the staff and the vets too! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I have taken both my cats to this vet. The first cat, has had blood in its stool, they did nothing to help. I finally on my own research changed that cats food, and it is fine now. They never even offered to do tests or stool samples. My other cat as a kitten who was already looked at twice by the same vet concluded upon taking it in to have it neutered that it was actually a female. I was pissed, than the charged me for a spay which is way more expensive, and on top told me that when knocking the kitten down, she had a bad heart rate to they had to give her meds to stablize her, and I was charged another 80 dollars for that . So walking in to that clinic i thought i had a male cat, the procedure was suppose to only cost 180, instead i walked out with a female, and a bill of 290. So bad....not taking my animals to them anymore.
