	2/25/10	1	5	4	2	My two experiences with the staff here were bad ones. The staff did not seem to care too much about you they were not friendly at all. When I went in with my cat they talked me into a bunch of other stuff that I learned later was not needed. (Money Hungry) A couple months later I called and left a message with the receptionist to have the Vet call me back and that never happened. Bad customer service. Rude!
