Staff is wonderful. The vets seem greedy. Be very careful when given an estimate.....assume it will always be the top amount. Also question when offered expensive tests....make sure they have a good chance of yielding results before agreeing to it.

Will not do just a rabies vaccine without a "physical exam" (over $40)----are clearly only servicing elite clients now, not accessible to the general public for vet care--no longer participate in low cost spay//neuter for animal shelter adoptions----unfortunately, this practice is focusing on how much money they bring in per client as the most important thing. Hit and miss care, depending on the doctor. Do your research---affordable and conscientous vet care is available in this area

Good care, knowlegeable staff and offers acupuncture---unfortunately, Cole Park is ridiculously expensive. Their prices for even basic care have alienated a large number of pet owners in the area--high dollar fees disguised as "the highest level of care". Unless you've got money, and LOTS of it, my advice is to shop around for quality care that won't bleed you dry.
