The Seneca animal clinic was my first pet clinic, and probably the only one I'll ever go to. They have fast service, friendly clientele and the animals in the waiting room are so cute! I recommend this clinic to all my friends with pets.

At first they made me believe that they are good, caring vets. They are maybe caring to some degree, but not necessarily to YOUR pet! Dr. Yearwood is especially motivated by the money and teaches his staff to do the same. They recommended their food to treat my dog's east infection, but knowingly sold me a completely different one, so I had to make an extra trip to return it! More than on 2 occasions they dispense wrong dosage for my dogs. It cost me over $500 to treat a single outbreak of my dog's yeast infection. REALLY!!! Where those tests are all necessary for my dog's sake?! NOPE!!! It is ALL about money. Do not believe comments with all 5's in them. Lies!

The staff here are friendly and effective. Dr. Yearwood and his team care for their patients and have been providing my family's pets with great care throughout their long lives. We have been with the same vet for over 30 years and have really seen them as our pet care provider.

Before I go on about my own experience. Let it be known that you do not get the same doctor each visit. I've been there 3 times and all 3 times, my dog saw a different doctor. Now, to my problem. They told me my dog had a problem that needed emergency attention and surgery. It was later confirmed that this is not true. Their service is not personal and seems more like they're doing it for money. Never returning.

BE WARE!!! Many vets are sponsored by dog food companies and do not have sufficient education on the nutritional needs of your dog. The vet here told me VERY INCORRECT information regarding vitamin supplements and actually proponed that certain dog food brands were of higher quality than the raw food diet I've been giving my dog. THIS IS COMPLETELY INCORRECT. It saddens me that the vet tech, also clearly uneducated about nutrition, had the guts to tell me I was wrong, while giving me wildly incorrect information. It is clear that they want you to feed your dogs crap kibble, so that they have a higher revenue stream due to food costs and veterinary costs that follow from feeding your dog low quality food. The staff were rude, condescending, and immediately dismissed my concerns. I abhor this clinic, and would never recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their pets. ALSO, during ALL three general check ups, they NEVER checked her ears, teeth, eyes, or joints.

Dr. Yearwood at Seneca Animal Clinic is the best. He helped us so much when we adopted an older dog (Bicheon) and she had hip problems and Cushings Disease. He brought her back to life with his good care and she enjoyed many years with us, happy and strong. Also he helped us with our dog Wishbone, who was Diabetic and Blind, who also enjoyed life into his later years. Dr. Yearwood and his staff are wonderful and caring.

I found this clinic after a LOT of searching, and the reputation was excellent. It's not aesthetically "fancy," but Dr. Yearwood has a superb professional record and is truly a leader among vets. He is kind, reasonable, and conservative in his treatment. He should get an award for his knowledge and honesty. Been going there for 7 years. No disappointments.
