This was a terrible experience! The woman at the front desk was nice, but the vet was awful! He was so rude and condescending! He never even asked me what was wrong with my cat. Then he tried to force me to give my cat tests that weren't covered by the insurance plan that he just recommended and I purchased moments earlier! I called another Banfield vet 25 miles away, and they said they get complaints about him all the time. Also check out his ratings on Yelp.com before you decide to take your pet there.
