I was looking for a holistic vet and Dr. Grasso is pretty much the only one in the area. Unfortunately, she was not available that whole week and I agreed to see one of the other vets. What a complete waste of time and money. To start with, the receptionist was completely untrained, when I called to make the appt. I asked specifically for a certain vaccine and after being put on hold, was told that it is available. The wait was 45 min and that was in a completely empty office - we were the only patients. The doctor was condescending, hurried and dismissive of my concerns...I was charged $24 for a vaccine that costs $3, $25 for a medicine that costs $9 and $65 for 3 min with the doctor. I was not given the Rx I requested...
About a week later, I sent a letter to the owner of the hospital letting him know of how disappointing my experience was, didn't even get a phone call back. Great way to deal with unhappy customers, just ignore them.

Three years of experience at this vet have taught me that my two cats deserve better care. The top priority of this vet, in my opinion, is profit. The health and happiness of my cats always took a backseat to more testing and more office visits. They disappointed me, so I turned to research on the Internet and visited other vet practices for second opinions. One of my cats has suffered conditions for extended periods of time that should have been diagnosed immediately during routine exams and treated immediately. I trusted this vet and I paid top dollar for their services, yet my cats did not receive the care they deserved. After three years, I finally had to accept the truth that my cats ailments were being treated by other vet practices, so why continue taking them to Ashburn Farm?
