I totaly love this place. wonderful people whom seem very knowledgeable & not real pricey. Will go there for as long as i have pets

Dr. Armstrong and her staff are very rude and unprofessional. I had my first encounter with these people when I had to have my 14 year old dog euthanized. They seemed caring and compassionate. It turned out to be totally fake. On the day of the euthanasia, I was told I would have to have it done by 3:00 p.m. because Dr. Armstrong was going on vacation and would only be seeing emergencies after hours. To make matters worse, during the euthanasia, my dog screamed out in pain when he was injected which was absolutely incomprehensible. The memory of this horrible experience is forever etched into my mind. How could a vet possibly botch a euthanasia? She said he was just hypersensitive!! Being from a rural area with limited access to vets, I took her word for it. Like a fool, I took my puppy to her to be spayed. After the third time of having to reschedule the spay because it just couldn't be worked in, I was treated like a total inconvenience. Avoid this place! They don't care
