Dr. Beyer and Dr. Fleming are awesome! But their staff don't always follow-up after visits. I had been going there for years, but recently switched to another clinic that actually calls me! I'd much rather get a personal phone call than a mass-mailing to let me know my pet needs vaccines. Also had issues with scheduling vaccine appointments: the staff never could get me in before my rabies shot expired, so my dog had to get the shot every year instead of every 3 years. The vets at the clinic are great, but the customer service needs work.

Great staff, incredibly friendly vets. Dr. Melissa Beyer is awesome, definitely willing to spend time to explain everything you need to know and answer all questions.
