I've been really pleased over multiple visits. They are very accessible, with good hours. They've made technicians available over the phone to help me determine whether I need to bring my pet in. When my pet was sick, they did not immediately push expensive diagnostics, but began with observation/supportive care and moved forward from there as appropriate. They always explain everything very well, leaving me in a good position to make decisions about my pet's health.

LOVE this vet. They are thorough, very kind, and very attentive. Dr Bellisario always gives you plenty of time and opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and does a good job explaining everything. She even let me know that if I continue to have the same problems, to give them a call and they could give me advice over the phone. I have taken both my cat and my mom's cat here, and was extremely satisfied both times. I don't live in Troy anymore but am happy to go the extra distance for the care they provide.

I feel very comfortable bring my furry babies here. Not only do I feel like they really care about my dogs but the are very friendly toward me. I don't mind seeing any of the doctors and it makes it convenient getting an appointment. Thank you!!

I have been so pleased with this animal hospital. The staff and Doctors and compassionate and sincere in their care. I equate the service to a human's medical facility... there is nothing second class about this office. Each time my cat has needed bloodwork, I recieve a personal call from the doctor in a day or less. The appointments are well organized and I never have to wait or stress out my pet longer than 5 or 10 minutes. I never feel rushed when I am talking to the doctor, or the staff. I am always comfortable in calling with any questions for the best care of my pet.Thanks AAV, Love, SweetPea and Hoshi :)
